The fully automated production line for the foldable mask type was developed together with ITA and RWTH Aachen University. The result is one of the most efficient plants in the world, meeting the highest requirements for hygiene, quality, and delivery reliability.

Description of the mask

  • Respirator masks: FFP2 according to DIN EN 149 and CE-certified
  • Packaging units: 10, 20, and 40 pieces per sales box
  • Material: Melt-blown and spunbond non-woven multilayer fabric
  • All components are "Made in Germany"
  • Private label: possible at any time after naming the monthly requirement and further arrangements
  • Design: without breathing valve, with ear bands

Optimum protection and wearing comfort

The respirators offer reliable protection against dusts, aerosols and non-volatile liquid particles. Equipped with a high-performance filter, the respirators guarantee high filter performance with low breathing resistance, thus maximising safety and comfort.

Other features include:

  • A long and wide nose clip with two steel wires for increased tightness with different nose contours.
  • A special earband cross-section with maximum wearing comfort and variable elasticity to increase wearing comfort for different facial contours.
